Clarity Before Commitment

We typically begin with a short introductory call — no commitment required — where we listen to your current challenges and objectives. Based on that conversation, we can suggest the most appropriate engagement type, or even a custom scope if none of the standard offerings quite fit.

The deliverable is a concise written report — typically 25 to 40 pages — covering market demand, competitive landscape, capital requirements, break-even assumptions, and a clear recommendation section. It is written to be used directly in decision-making conversations, not shelved as a reference document.

We send a brief intake document after the engagement is confirmed. This helps us understand your context quickly so we spend time on analysis rather than orientation. Most clients find it takes around one hour to complete. Beyond that, we manage the process.

For shorter engagements (two to four weeks), payment is split 50/50 — half at the start and half upon delivery. For the advisory board setup, which spans two to three months, we use a three-milestone payment schedule aligned to key deliverable stages.

We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any substantive work begins. All findings, internal data, and documents shared with us remain strictly confidential. We do not reference client engagements in any marketing materials without explicit written consent.

Yes. While our office is in Hanoi, most of our engagements include a mix of remote work and in-person meetings. For clients in Ho Chi Minh City or other regions, we schedule dedicated on-site days at key milestone points and handle the remainder remotely. This keeps the engagement efficient without compromising quality.
